Please allow 1-2 days to process your order. Expect an email within 3 days to let you know your order is on the way!

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES

Standard Domestic (4-8 business days): $5 USD

Expedited Domestic (2-3 business days): $20 USD

Free domestic shipping is available for orders over $50 USD.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping to Canada. Subject to import duties and taxes.

Standard International (4-15 business days): $20 USD

Free international shipping is unavailable at this time.

DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Jelly IV is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, and it is your responsibility as the customer.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

At the moment we do not accept returns.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@jellyiv.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
